Today, for LvB Italia acoustic panels, it is important to offer not only comfort and fire safety but also freshness and hygiene. The S.C.U.D.O. fabrics with Global Active Protection are treated with silver microparticles that ensure antimicrobial protection. The antimicrobial action of silver has been known since ancient times: the active silver ions fight the formation of bacteria by blocking the enzymes that transport the oxygen necessary for their proliferation inside the fabrics.
Available on all panels of the LvB Italia range, the S.C.U.D.O. antibacterial treatment:
A fire-retardant fabric that is also hydro- and oleo-repellent: until now, one could have either a fire-retardant fabric or a fabric treated against stains.
Now, with the new line of S.C.U.D.O. fabrics with Global Active Protection by LvB Italia, it is possible to have a water- and oil-repellent fabric that is also fire-retardant at the same time.
